Can the human race knock down the monster !?

Under the desperate situation, a middle age man Ryuichi Narasaki rises up against the monster.

He is an expert of robot engineering*4 who lost his daughter in an accident which happened during his experiments.

Now, a desperate struggle of Narasaki and Negadon begin !!

●Commentary

[*1] [the 100th year of Showa]……In Japan, Showa was the name of an era until 1989. Since then, it was changed to Heisei. In this film, the Showa period continues, because we see the future from the past viewpoint, and also we needed the feelings of Showa. Like Y2K, there will be some computer troubles in the 100th year of Showa.

[*2] [The population of the world is more than 10 billion]……As for 2005, the population of the world is over 6 billion. In fact, it is said that the population will be more than 10 billion in 2050 (that means in 2025, the set year of this films, the population will be about 8 billion). At any rate, the increase of population will be deeper problem in the future. The lack of food and water, energy consumption…these are the serious matters for mankind. Information: the population of Japan is ranked 8th in the world.

[*3] [Mars Terraforming project]……This is a project to reconstruct the planet, and NASA is actually planning. The project is to change the environment of Mars much the same as the earth, and allow humans to move there in the future. Many ways for the project are advocated. For example, drop a nuclear bomb into the lump of dry ice called the polar ice cap, producing the greenhouse effect artificially to make high temperatures. Or using the micro-organism, or black substance. Anyway, it takes for 100 to 200 years to change Mars into the second earth.

[*4] [robot engineering]……As we know, Japanese robot technology is making great advances. Once a gigantic humanized robot was only an imaginary object, but it will be made in the future. We wonder whether it is in demand or not. However, if the Terraforming project starts, there will be tons of engineering works. So we think there is some possibility of the robot.
