Ｇｅｎｅｒａｌ　Ｃｏｕｒｓｅ （20 ｈｒｓ/week)
A program to master all the major skill areas: listening, speaking, reading and writing.
The duration is 18-24 months and is designed to help you to make step-by-step progress in your Japanese learning from beginners level to advanced level. This course also coveres preparation for EJU, higher education and JPT.
*EJU = Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students
*JPT =Japanese Proficiency Test

Counseling
Our experienced staff gives appropriate advice with eagerness to make them feel secure on various problems or questions students have in their lives in Japan such as renting a room, getting part-time work, health matters . We can stand gurantee for students depending on the situation.
Annual medical examinations for regular students are conducted by TIA.(Free of charge)

Each of you may be having a hard time selecting a language school as your base for your time abroad. I too had a difficult time. But I was lucky enough to have found Toyama International Academy, where I have made the best memories of my life.
Specifically, the friendliness of my teachers was a source of inspiration to me in choosing Toyama International Academy as the beginning of my career path. The school is a home for multi-nations; there I learned about various cultures and people every moment. My teachers' cooperative attitude always made me feel like I was at home rather than abroad, and that helped in developing my language ability.
In addition, Toyama itself is a beautiful city surrounded by the Tateyama Alps. It was an ideal studying enviroment. My finest achievement at the Toyama International Academy was taking part in the Japanese language speech contest, and I will always be grateful to the teachers who inspired me - and provided moral support - during that course.

I'm going to graduate from this school soon.
I'd like to recommend this school to these of you who want to study Japanese as I myself have spent two great years here. I'm sure that you will be satisfied with the curriculum of this school.
When I entered this school, I couldn't speak Japanese so much, let alone write Kanji, or Chinese character. I didn't even expect to pass the first grade of the Japanese Proficiency Test two years later.
I owe this result to our teachers' effective teaching method. Of course I should add that hard work enabled me to get this good result. All students who are away from their countries and feel lonely are welcomed here warmly. Teachers try to make every effort to support any student who is in trouble.
We enjoy many kinds of interesting events and anyone can find good friends. I have had a happy student's life in this international atmosphere.

Private Course(2-10 hours/week)

A custom-designed program for clients who need to learn Japanese in various fields.
Each student gets help to improve their Japanese by one or two teachers.
Classes for two or three students (with the same language level) are also available.

Short Study Course

Course for groups or individuals, offering a variety of programs to meet the client's need such as: Short & intensive course, Company Training Course, Course for primary or junior high school students. This course is even more flexible: all arrangements are made to suit the client.
